Founded in year 2000 Group Lotus started its journey setting up the manufacturing facilities for stainless kitchen sinks. Marking its milestones Group Lotus added quality of product range with Kitchen organizers, Modular Kitchen& Wardrobes and uPVC Door & Window Systems. Group lotus today enjoys an impeccable reputation for its ongoing contribution and upcoming new developments for construction sector.
Lotus Fenstek started fabricating uPVC Doors & Windows in 2012. Since then we have been offering and advantage range of doors & Window style that can be mixed and matched for new buildings and replacement applications. All styles like inward-to outward opening, single and multiple openings can be provided in Lotus uPVC Profile systems, doors, windows, sliding doors and all combination out of that can be constructed with Lotus Systems.
As on date we have been part of many esteemed projects all the across North India be it residential high rises, individual residence, commercial spaces, institutional buildings, hospitality outlets or healthcare premises and aim to continue our expansions in all demographics.

Air & Water Tight
Lotus windows incorporate an 8mm overlap between frame and sash, as well as dual compression gaskets, to prevent both dust penetration and water infiltration. They boast a proven water tightness of atleast 2 liters/min/m2 @ 700pa(tested in accordance with GB/T7108-2002). So your home stays absolutely dry how heavily it might be raining outside.
Energy Saving
Lotus uPVC profile systems can dramatically improve the energy efficiency of your home. The low conductivity of uPVC as material and the seals in uPVC doors and windows along with fabrication of double or triple glaze make and excellent choice in energy efficient buildings uPVC neither retains nor transfer heat indoors.

Unlike other materials, Lotus uPVC profile systems have inherent flame retardancy. It does not supports combustion & if source of fire is taken away it would not stop burning.
Sound Proof
Lotus uPVC profile systems come with multi chambers and can be combined with various glass type and thickness options. The dual compression gaskets assures the tightness of the windows and doors with their frames. Installed in a professional manner Lotus uPVC Profiles system can achieve sound reduction of upto 40DB. This easily exceeds the recommended sound proofing level for sleeping rooms even in busy town centers
Secure
Lotus uPVC profile will accomodate most of soothbolts and security hinges currently available in market. Due to Eurogroove in our sash profiles all multi-point locking hardware can be installed in windows and doors to further defer burglars. In addition these systems are internally glazed. This means glazing beads that hold the glass in place are on the inside and can not removed by would be intruders.
Thermal/UV Resistant
Lotus uPVC profiles systems are a poor conductor of heat and give us complete freedom to comfortably lean & enjoy the view even on the hottest days. More significantly, it prevent the heat from outside to enter your home, their by reducing your reliance on cooling devices such as air conditioning.
Dust Proof
The sealing in Lotus profile systems is calibrated to achieve excellent air tightness of less than 0.1 m3/hr/m2 @10pa(tested in accordance with GB/T7102-2002). This effectively stops the dust drifting in form of the outside which drastically reduces the time you'll need to spend cleaning your home.
